Privacy Policy

This site, pamelacisneros.com, is run by me, Pamela Cisneros, an artist based in Asheville, North Carolina. I collect only what I need to sell you art, send you the emails you asked for, and understand how people find my work. I don’t sell your information to anyone, ever.
What I collect and why
When you buy art. When you buy something, I collect your name, email, phone number, and billing and shipping addresses. I use them to process your order, ship it or arrange pickup or delivery, and contact you about your purchase. I keep order records for as long as I need them for taxes and bookkeeping.
Payments. Card payments, Apple Pay and Google Pay are handled by Stripe. Your card details go straight to Stripe and never touch or get stored on this site. You can read Stripe’s privacy policy.
When you join my email list. If you sign up for my newsletter, your name and email are stored with my email provider, Kit (formerly ConvertKit). You can unsubscribe anytime with the link at the bottom of every email.
When you contact me. If you email me or use a contact form, I keep what you send so I can reply. The forms are run by Wufoo.
Cookies and analytics
The site uses cookies so your cart and checkout work. It also uses Google Analytics (through Google Tag Manager and Site Kit) and the Meta (Facebook) pixel. These help me see which pages and paintings people visit, and how they found the site. They collect information like your browser, device, rough location and the pages you view. They don’t tell me who you are.
You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings. You can also opt out of Google Analytics with Google’s opt-out tool.
Embedded content
Some pages show content from other sites, such as my Instagram feed (shown through Curator.io). Those sites may collect data about you as if you had visited them directly.
Who else sees your information
I only share your information with the services that keep this site and shop running:
- Flywheel, which hosts the site
- Stripe, for payments
- Kit, for email
- Google and Meta, for analytics
- Akismet, for spam filtering
- The shipping carrier, for your order
Your choices
You can ask me to show you, correct or delete the personal information I hold about you. The exception is anything I’m required to keep for tax records. Just email me at me@pamelacisneros.com.
Changes
If this policy changes, I’ll update it here and change the date at the top.
