Remember when you painted just because it felt good? No plan, no rules, no one grading it? That’s what we do here. You show up, pick up a brush and follow what feels fun. That’s it. That’s the whole assignment.

What happens in a session
I give you a few simple prompts. You get big paper, an easel and a table full of bright tempera paint. Then you play.
This is not a class about technique, getting things to look “real” or making something pretty enough to hang. There’s no critique and no comparing. There’s also no way to get it wrong, which is the part people usually don’t believe until about an hour in.
What you’ll notice instead: your inner critic gets quieter. You start following color, movement and curiosity. And somewhere in there you remember that creativity was never something you lost. It was just waiting for permission.
